Every new account starts with a 10K credit free trial and 30 days to use them. You get access to all features with no credit card required. The 10K credit grant is limited to one per company. Additional teammates share the existing trial. If you don't enter a credit card by the end of the trial, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan, and all campaigns will be paused.

Sending infrastructure like mailboxes and phone numbers is billed separately in dollars.

Most campaigns start at around 20 credits per prospect enrolled, covering enrichment and outreach. Bringing your own lead list or using templated messages costs less; using advanced signals and longer, ultra-personalized sequences costs more.

You'll get a warning as your balance gets low. Credits for each lead are spent when the lead is enrolled, so sequences already in progress will continue uninterrupted. New enrollments pause when credits are exhausted so there are no surprise charges. You can purchase additional credits instantly to resume, or upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
On monthly plans, unused credits carry over until the end of the following billing period. On annual plans, you receive your full credit allocation upfront, and any unused credits at the end of your term do not roll over.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you get instant access to the additional credits. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you can cancel a pending downgrade any time before it kicks in.
